EIF cooperation – Luxembourg Future Fund 3
Description
The Luxembourg Future Fund 3 (LFF 3) was launched on June 12, 2026, with a budget of €270 million. A major shift marks this edition: the SNCI is now adopting a direct approach throughout the investment and monitoring process. By investing on its own name, it strengthens ties with market players, a key factor in developing the ecosystem. This third edition continues to rely on the strategic partnership between the SNCI and the European Investment Fund, with a focus on “fund-of-funds” activity, including venture capital, growth capital, and private debt funds, and strategies aligned with the Grand Duchy’s sectoral priorities.
By investing in funds that in turn support innovative companies, from seed stage to maturity, the SNCI pursues its mission of facilitating access to finance and diversifying the Luxembourg economy. In line with the SNCI’s overarching strategy, every decision is based on two essential criteria: financial profitability and the creation of sustainable economic substance for Luxembourg.
