Master LeaseCo S.A.
Description
In 2018, SNCI participated in the creation of Master LeaseCo S.A., which, through two subsidiaries, acquired two aircraft from Cargolux and then leased them back to Cargolux. This transaction is part of a series of measures taken to support the company’s competitiveness. Master LeaseCo S.A.’s shareholding structure is identical to that of Cargolux Airlines International S.A.
